Hi my name is  Cynthia Maldonado, I am a self taught Baker and Cake Artist. I started out watching those cake design competitions and cake design shows and felt the ability and desire to create things out of cake. So I tried it. I have really fallen in love with creating special cakes for people and love the wide variety of requests that  I have received so far.  
    
    After making several cakes for family and friends I was encouraged to turn it into a  business, and I am proud to say that since I made it official in October 2009, it has really taken off in the right direction.
